Amy Hall is a Seattle-based singer-songwriter who offers condemning lyrical outlooks on herself and the world. A mixture of gloomy acoustic folk and indie-rock, her music contains remnants of Boygenius and Modern Baseball. Her melancholic yet rhythmic songs channel self-reliance amongst heartbreak, and will have you sorrowfully singing along in the car while driving down the highway at a safe speed.

Hall was born in 2000 Lynnwood, Washington, and spent her emerging years as a musician performing all over the greater Seattle area. While she was playing at open mics, venues, and participating in local youth art organizations, she recorded 2 EPs. In 2018, she released her junior EP titled “WIDE-EYED," a collection of songs where her signature sound began to bloom. In 2019, she formed a band with fellow musicians/classmates which led to the releases of "FIREHOUSE" (2019) and senior EP

"Salt, Pepper, & The Ribbon" (2021). She most recently released single & music video "Bated Breath" (2022).

Amy received her Bachelor of Music in composition at Cornish College of the Arts in 2021, with a focus on studying audio engineering. Following her graduation she completed an audio internship with Earwig Studio in partnership with NW Folklife. She now is an Artist Mentor at Totem Star (West Seattle), assisting youth musicians in their creative growth.

Following the Covid 19 lockdown, she was happy to welcome the band back onto Seattle stages in 2022. She is currently working on the release of a single and music video, set for 2023.
